Seriously... sit down, take a piece of paper and write out what you want to LEAVE BEHIND in the new year (habits that don’t serve you, toxic relationships, limiting beliefs about your business etc.) & want you want to KEEP (activities that make you happy, people you want to love more on, mindsets that’ll level you up etc.)

𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬???

...because your first (& easiest) excuse to transformation is that ‘I just don’t know what’s holding me back!’ ‍

— by doing this you’re actively IDENTIFYING what is and isn’t working (aka: removing the ski boots) — & be honest!

From then on you can journal, shift your daily routine, talk to yourself, a trusted friend or therapist about the above... & make change HAPPEN

Repeat the money mantra that resonates with you the most out loud each morning (but ONLY if you’re in a good mood... it doesn’t work if you’re just feeling grumpy that AM)

Follow up with gratitude / visualization practice (really make sure you’re focused on the FEELING of having that cash flow NOW)

Align your actions with...

Now when the waiter comes up to ask for your order - try requesting ‘food’... yup, just. FOOD — & see what you get. It could be anything from a broccoli cheddar soup to steak frites — there’s no clarity for what the result is ACTUALLY gonna be ‍

Now ask for a #glutenfree  with compote, whipped cream & syrup on the side.

Whether it’s posting about your sale on Insta, pitching your services in the DM’s to a dreamyyy new ideal client, applying to join a killer local market or just asking a hottie out to dinner — you LITERALLY can only go UP!!!

‘Failure’ is a human construct...

You’ll either make a sale, sign a client, pitch your tent, go on a hot n spicy date — ORRRR you’ll be exactly where you are right now - without those things!

& 99% of the time the fear of judgment / rejection / denial that you’re soooo terrified of feeling by ‘putting yourself out there’ — you’ve just pigeon holed yourself into by not even asking (ironic, isn’t it?)

...sooo stop acting like ‘failure’ is the worst thing that can happen — when we all know that regret is 1000x sh*ttier - yeah? *snaps*
