Last week in our group coaching call, several of the women said that social media was *SO OVERWHELMING*

This is where BATCH CREATING comes in. Whenever an idea strikes you (for me, it’s always when I’m in the shower!) jot it down to come back to later. Then when you have a block of time set aside to create content, you have tons of ideas to pull from!

When you batch create for weeks in advance, it frees up your time AND energy to do other things that move your business forward and serve your clients, or to relax and spend time with family and friends WITHOUT the guilt!

So let’s take a moment to spill the tea...

Deniz and I met on IG in 2014. We were both doing Tone It Up workouts and found each other through the #tiuvermont hashtag! (the power of social media y’all...don’t sleep on it!) We traveled to Cali together in 2016 to go the #TIURetreat and we both had a feeling on that trip that we wanted MORE, but we didn’t know what that was. In 2017, Deniz moved to San Francisco and I moved to NC. Then one morning in Jan of 2018, Deniz texted me and asked if she could call. She wanted to run something by me. We spent hours on that phone that day and decided to plunge head first into a MLM business together. We had big dreams of building an online community (like the one that brought us together) and thought this was the best way to do it.

We were actually pretty successful with...

You only have this one life.

And the hard truth is this: if you’re not practicing gratitude for the things that are already going RIGHT within this moment...

Or reaching for the goals that you know will make you feel joyous, abundant, proud and fulfilled in your life…

Then what the hell are you doing?

Girl…this is IT. Like, it IT.

There is no do-over. No replay. No pause.

That doesn’t mean it’s too late or that you ran out of time….

Because there is plenty. There’s still breath in your lungs. You woke up today. You’re reading this right now.

But it does mean the longer you wait to care about and act on the type of life you want, the less time you’ll have to actually BE her.

Your higher self wants to remind you that you’ve got everything you need NOW already inside of you.

But in order to get the results/feel the feelings that she gets to, you have to act like her TODAY to feel  like her TOMORROW, right?
