This week has honestly felt like a scene straight out of 'Contagion' or 'I Am Legend'... + there's nothing like a nation-wide plea for toilet paper to remind us of the importance of the BASICS (literally). π· β£

π However, as crazy/uncertain as these times may be... it almost feels like the fear and overwhelm that we're all dealing with is just as infectious as COVID-19 itself... + our addiction to the feed isn't helping anyone feel ANY better.β£

We WANT to stay informed. As humans, we CRAVE being in the know and we have a VERY hard time dealing with the unknown. We're wired for answers - and when it seems as though we're not getting any, our natural instinct is to... F*CKING. PANIC. π€―β£
