*THIS* is the last post you’ll see directly from myself or Megan for the rest of the week. Instead, we’ll be focusing our energy/time on sharing content from POC - *especially* Women of Color, as part of the #𝐀𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 effort - @blackandembodied @jessicawilson.msrd @sheisthisdesigns (art!)

As white women, Megan and I have been spending a lot of time consuming, listening and learning. We’re taking the lead from black activists and leaders. This is their life’s work. A lot of them are guiding us on how to effectively help and spread their message.⁣⁣⁣

We’re not going to get it right every time… and that’s ok. We’ll continue to try. We’ll continue to do the work… and we’ll keep doing it OUT LOUD. As a company, and as allies of the Black community, #BlackLivesMatter and people of color - we aim to ALWAYS set an example for our community of how true leaders should show up during moments of injustice. ⁣⁣⁣
